I was off on my way to Brazil, when LifeMiles offered me a crazy routing (HKG-PEK-FRA-LIS-GIG) which would allow me to try out some new routes and plane configurations.
Air China operates the Airbus 330 in a 2-2-2 configuration. Very nice seats (not direct access, but acceptable) but the crews are no way close to Cathay Pacific, Singapore or even Malaysia Airlines standards.
Classic Scotch and Water
I went with the Pork entree, Chinese style!
