Departure was at around 1 AM. Cabins have been reconfigured on most TAP planes so it was overall a nice cabin.
The Sao Paulo to Lisbon route is operated by either an Air bis 330 or on one of the rotations by a new Airbus 339Neo. Still both configuration offer lie-flat seats and direct access from various seats. The configuration comes in a 1-2-2, 2-2-1 with alternating rows featuring the "throne" seats.
Best seats in the house are the "throne" seats located at 3J and 5J. The rest of the plane has an alternating 1-2-1 and 1-2-2 configuration.
You would assume that with a 1 AM departure, a small snack would be served with a heavier lunch served prior to landing in Lisbon. Instead a full dinner service was offered with a limited TAP breakfast (cold cuts, fruits but no omelette or hot dish!)
