Hainan Airlines uses the same seats as LAN on their 787, which is a very comfortable and decent seat for the long-haul ride from China to the United States.

As my main course, I chose what the menu called the Chinese Surf and Turf.. Pork with Scallops, a tasty and good choice!
Desert was a combo of cheese plate and Ice Cream!
After several hours in flight, we approached Boston and a option of a second course was given to all passengers. Unlike other airlines that serve just a small snack Hainan serves a multi-course meal as the second meal of the flight.
