I've flown this route a few times both on the Boeing 777 and Airbus 380 Apartments (report coming soon!)
I arrived at Terminal 4 with some time to spare and decided to have a snack in the lounge as well as a quick massage (complimentary for Business and First class passengers). There is menu with several options as well as a buffet style option.
