I personally love the Qatar Boeing 787 and flew one of the first flights Intra-Gulf when it was launched. I highly recommend avoiding the last row of two seats as there is significant light and foot traffic in that area.
The Boeing 777 has the non-direct aisle access seats, but some flyers prefer it as the seat converts into a longer bed in flat mode.
