Singapore Airlines is having a nice sale on their non-stop flights from Singapore to New York (Newark) and Los Angeles starting at USD 1030!!
Outbound must be between Nov 2-15 and return by Dec 15 for stay of 3-30 days for LAX route.
The EWR must fly the outbound Oct 22-Nov 8 and return by Dec 8 for 3-30 days.
Mileage wise certain programs such as Miles and More and EuroBonus still treat SQ R class as Raffles or the Suites Class and credit at 300% that won't last for long. Other programs such as Aegean don't give any miles!
The flights to Newark are on the Airbus 350 which is the longest flight in the world. The Premium Economy product is very nice and comparable to domestic US First Class.
