El Al recently partnered with Alaska Airlines so flights can be credited to Alaska which makes it the best place to post these miles. These would credit at 125% EQMs and 200% RDMs.
LHR-TLV-BKK would earn 26216 RDMs and 16384 EQMs.
You can add unlimited stopovers in Tel Aviv so in effect you can have 3 vacations in one fare. First you fly from LHR to TLV, then a Stopover in Israel and then fly on vacation/work to South East Asia on the return you can either connect directly or have another stopover and then another vacation from TLV to LHR.
