Air France is flying from JFK, Montreal and Miami to Pointe-à-Pitre (PTP) in Guadeloupe, Fort-de-France (FDF) in Martinique, Port-au-Prince (PAP) in Haiti and Cayenne (CAY) in French Guyana.
Looks like availability is wide open.
The cheapest way I found to buy a Business Class ticket on these routes is via purchasing miles through Clipper Miles at 1.3 cents per mile and then transfer those miles to Aeroflot where the flight costs 25,000 Aeroflot Bonus points each way. Making for a Business Class Caribbean vacation for $650 round trip + modest taxes.
