Nice sale with Avianca from New York to Montevideo, Uruguay via Bogota, Colombia. Avianca is getting rid of Business class later this year and service levels remain at pathetic levels with limited service quality.
These fares book into A class (XL in Avianca terms) which if you credit the flights to Aegean Miles & Bonus you would obtain 100% or 10876 Miles. Avianca LifeMiles and Lufthansa Miles & More credits at 150% so a total of 16314 miles. Most other Star Alliance programs credit at 125% or 13596 miles.
