La Compagnie is all Business Class airline that has been operating for several years from Paris and Nice to New York. Last year the announced plans to fly from Milan to Newark with flights starting at €981 in Business Class.
They had also announced flights to TLV but those seem to have vanished from their site, so take it with a grain of salt.
Flights are operated by the Airbus 321 with lie-flat seats.
