Finnair recently launched a new Premium Economy cabin, but decided to use an old economy fare bucket, so earnings are only 50% of distance as Loyalty Points. Keeping up with the Nickel and Dime fee structure from their Business Light fares, these don't include luggage unless you are oneworld sapphire or emerald.
All those warnings aside, it is an acceptable Premium Economy fare to Singapore as Cathay Pacific still severely limits transit passengers and no chance of entry into HKG for the foreseeable future...
