This is an interesting fare from Toronto to Seoul (Gimpo) with AA/JAL via either Dallas or Chicago and then Tokyo-Haneda. The fare rules allow the ticket to be issued by JAL but it seems that the TPAC needs to be on AA flight numbers, even if the example has JAL flights. This would limit the earnings if crediting to AA but for other airlines the TPAC is in I and the intra-Asia in X.

Best option is to credit to Alaska where you would earn 150% on the TPAC and US domestic segments and 70% on the intra-Asia in X.
