El Al/LATAM: TLV to Sao Paulo from $1835

Interesting sale for travel between Tel Aviv, Brazil via Milan/Rome. These fares have the first segment with El Al via various European hubs, some times even via LHR which has service on their Boeing 787 if not service is on their Boeing 737s. The trip to Brazil is with LATAM Boeing 777s with a 1-2-1 seating.

Pre-Pandemic under $2200 was considered a decent price on this route, sometimes Ethiopian has fare sales but they don't usually have decent mileage crediting opportunities.

Mileage wise the TLV-FCO/ MXP-TLV are with El Al in J Class which can credit to Alaska at 125% EQMs and 225% RDMs or 3876 EQMs and 6697 RDMs , the FCO-GRU-MXP segments are with in Z Class which can credit to Alaska at 125% EQMs and 225% RDMs or 14664 EQMs and 26935 RDMs .

 

If crediting the miles to Delta, it would earn 17550 MQMs 3510 MQDs 1.91 MQD Ratio while Delta Diamond members would obtain 31590 RDMs, Platinum 26910 RDMs, Gold 24570 RDMs, Silver 22230 RDMs, Base 17550 RDMs

Category 8: Stopover restrictions

  3 STOPOVERS PERMITTED ON THE PRICING UNIT
     LIMITED TO 1 FREE AND 2 AT USD 75.00 EACH.
     A STOPOVER MAY NOT EXCEED 5 DAYS.

Category 9: Transfer restrictions
