Swiss is having an pretty good sale for their First class product from Budapest to Sao Paulo via Zurich. This fare seems to work if you force longish layovers, which are basically stopovers. This fare books into A class on the long-haul flights and J on intra-Europe segments. The long haul segments would earn between 200-300% of distance depending on the program while the short intra-Europe flights would credit at 125-200%.
