Really hot deal for summer travel between New York and London via Rome with ITA, the former Alitalia. Sadly they have not partnered with their former SkyTeam members so limited to no mileage earning opportunities. But still a great deal for summer travel.
It seems that Virgin Atlantic is one of the few places that you can credit ITA flights. Long haul flights earn 75 Tier Points each way with flights under 2000 miles earn 30 Tier Points.
