Plus Ultra is having some decent fares ex-Madrid to Bogota. This is a Spanish airline with strong connections to Venezuela and online reviews are mixed at best. So cheap fares at times comes with risks. Still a cheap non-lie flat (think recliners circa 2010) Business Class seat to South America.
