It seems that Virgin Atlantic is one of the few places that you can credit ITA flights. Long haul flights earn 75 Tier Points each way with flights under 2000 miles earn 30 Tier Points. So on this itinerary you would earn 300 TPs. Mileage wise you earn 200% of distance or 25400 miles on this TATL flight.
FlyingBlue members would earn 30 XPs for YYZ-FCO and 36 XPs for FCO-DEL for a grand total of 120 XPs. You would earn 125% of distance as RDMs or 32432 miles.
Delta flyers can now earn 100% of distance as RDMs and 20% as MQDs. A significant decline from the Alitalia days but better than nothing. 16216 RDMs and 3243 MQDs.
