It seems that Virgin Atlantic is one of the few places that you can credit ITA flights. Long haul flights earn 75 Tier Points each way with flights under 2000 miles earn 30 Tier Points. So on this itinerary you would earn 210 TPs. Mileage wise you earn 200% of distance or 22456 miles on this TATL flight.
FlyingBlue members would earn 30 XPs for JFK-FCO and 15 XPs for FCO-CAI for a grand total of 90 XPs. You would earn 125% of distance as RDMs or 14034 miles.
Delta flyers would now earn 100% as distance as RDMs and 20% as MQDs or 11228 RDMs and 2246 MQDs.
