Acceptable deal for between Amsterdam and Buenos Aires via Rome with ITA, the former Alitalia.
It seems that Virgin Atlantic is one of the few places that you can credit ITA flights. Long haul flights earn 75 Tier Points each way with flights under 2000 miles earn 30 Tier Points. So on this itinerary you would earn 210 TPs. Mileage wise you earn 200% of distance or 30900 miles on this TATL flight.
FlyingBlue members would earn 15 XPs for AMS-FCO and 36 XPs for FCO-EZE for a grand total of 102 XPs. You would earn 125% of distance as RDMs or 19314 miles.
Delta flyers can now earn 100% of distance as RDMs and 20% as MQDs. A significant decline from the Alitalia days but better than nothing. 15450 RDMs and 3090 MQDs.
