Acceptable sale with American Airlines from Toronto to Cancun via Philadelphia, Charlotte and New York.
This fare is attractive to British Airways Executive Club members as it has multiple segments. Sadly Avios wise it earns based upon spend so not that attractive. These flights are before the April 1st changes , you will earn a pittance afterwards.
Note: Google Flights calls it Low fare but with the focus on TPs it gives you a cost of USD 2.97 or £ 2.35 per TP
