Decent sale with China Southern from London to Shanghai via Guangzhou/Zhengzhou. You can credit these flights to American Airlines as 12486 RDMs but not LPs, so flights don't count towards status.
Another option is FlyingBlue where you can earn miles and would earn 12486 miles. These can also be credited to Delta as 100% RDMs and 20% MQDs for a total of 12486 RDMs and 2497 MQDs.
